5. Customer Responsibilities
You are solely responsible for:
Ensuring compliance with accounting, tax, and financial regulations
Reviewing automated outputs where required
Configuring approval and review workflows appropriately
Verifying accuracy before final financial reporting
Nifty AI provides automation tools but does not provide legal, tax, or accounting advice.
6. AI and Automation Disclaimer
The Services use artificial intelligence and automated systems to process financial data.
You acknowledge that:
AI systems are probabilistic and may produce errors
Confidence scoring and review workflows are designed to mitigate risk
Final responsibility for bookkeeping accuracy remains with you
Nifty AI does not guarantee error-free automation.
7. Fees and Payment
Certain features of the Services require a paid subscription.
You agree to:
Pay all applicable subscription fees
Provide valid payment information
Authorize recurring billing where applicable
Unless otherwise stated:
Fees are non-refundable
Subscription renewals occur automatically unless canceled

remain the exclusive property of Nifty AI or its licensors.

Such data will not identify your organization.
10. Confidentiality

This obligation survives termination of these Terms.

However, no system can guarantee absolute security.
12. Service Availability

We are not liable for service interruptions beyond our reasonable control.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
Nifty AI shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
Total liability shall not exceed the total subscription fees paid by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
